FOIA fee schedule:
I. Duplication or Printing $ .30 cost per page (township-owned copier and printer; per side)
II. Computer Disk $5.00 cost per disk
III. Mailing
Envelopes $ 0.50 each, small size $ 1.25 each, large size
Scan $0.30 per page and side
Postage $ (actual cost)
IV. Hourly Labor Wage $35.00 per hour
V. Deposit If the anticipated charges for a requested record will exceed $50, a good faith deposit of one half of the total anticipated charges shall be required.
VI. Waiver of Fees If the total fee is less than $5.00, the fee shall be waived. But if the total fee is $5.00 or more, the entire fee shall be charged. If an individual submits an affidavit stating that he or she is receiving public assistance or is able to state facts showing inability to pay fees because of indigency, a copy of a public record shall be furnished without charge for the first $25.00 of the fee for each request.
